Why we’re becoming GemIQ

Over the past decade, we’ve built alongside jewelers as the industry has become faster, more digital, and more judged online. What began with better visuals has evolved into a connected system that helps you capture, present, sell, and scale with consistency.

GemIQ is the name for that system.

GemIQ brings our tools + software together into one platform -so you can capture faster, present more consistently, and scale your output without sacrificing quality or control.

And while the name is new, what you rely on isn’t: the same team, the same products, and the same service standards - now under one clear brand.

 


 

What we recommend (15 seconds)

1) Reply once (recommended)

If you received the email from Steve, simply hit reply and type “Received” (or ask any question). This helps your inbox recognise future GemIQ emails as legitimate and wanted.

2) If you ever find us in Spam/Junk

Open the email and tap:

  • Not spam (Gmail), or
  • Not junk (Outlook)

Note: During the transition, you may receive emails from both domains. That’s expected.

  • You’ll see GemIQ across trade show presence, emails, packaging and software
  • Our email sender domain will change from April 20, 2026

  • Your logins, account access, support and data
  • Your support team and service standards

How to recognise legitimate emails from us

During the transition, legitimate emails may show:

  • Sender name: GemIQ (or Picup Media now GemIQ)
  • Familiar links to our official website and support channels

We will never ask for your password by email.

We will never request sensitive payment details by email.

If anything looks unusual, contact Support and we’ll confirm immediately.



 

FAQs

Do I need to do anything?

No. The only recommendation is to reply once (or save us as a contact) so our future emails don’t get missed.

Will my login or access change?

No. Your access and data remain the same.

Will invoices change?

Invoices will progressively reflect GemIQ branding. During the transition you may see “Picup Media (now GemIQ)” for continuity.

Why am I seeing a different sender name?

GemIQ is our operating brand going forward. The team and service remain the same.

What if I stop receiving emails?

Check Spam/Junk and mark our email as Not spam / Not junk, then contact Support so we can help immediately.
